 We are commited to produce quality products consistently on schedule to the satisfaction of all our customers.

We shall strive for continuous improvement in all our endeavors through dedicated teamwork and training, to achieve total satisfaction of our customers.

What ISO means to the customers ?

1. Only those contracts, Which are properly defined, can be honored and are accepted for execution.
2. The contract review will encompass
   • Quality and grade of finished product
   • Delivery Schedule.
   • Packing.
3. The customer order status will be maintained by HC.
4. Customer complaint report will be maintained by HC.

As an ISO company the vendors of ISC should adhere to -

1. All bought out items and services shall conform to accepted specification, quality and delivery schedule.

For which, we will maintain
1.	An approved vendor list.
2.	Vendor Asessment.
3.	Review record of vendor performance.
4.	Site visit for capacity and performance verification.

2. Any vendor having ISO certification shall be enlisted and approved based on records submitted.

3. Evaluation of vendors based on quality, price and delivery on a scale of 100.

			Qualifying
1.	Quality	40	30
2.	Price	30	15
3.	Delivery	30	15

 

	Grading
1.	50 - 70	Can continue with written commitment to improve.
2.	< 50	Withdraw registration.
