Circular Lifting Electro-Magnets |
|
With deep penetrating field to lift scrap and other diversified forms of ferrous materials. |
|
ISC Lifting Magnets are highly effective for handling iron and steel in diversified forms. Ports, Steel Industries and Scrap yards use magnets extensively to lift scrap, ingots, rail, beam, plates , coils etc. ISc Lifting Magnets have always proved their worth by saving labour , increasing productivity and effectively shortening handling time.
The design and manufacture of each ISC Lifting Magnet is the result of continuous effort from the Singh Group of Industries. Starting as a scrap trading concern in 1940, this group has grown into a web of companies manufacturing engineering products for various industrial sectors. For over 40 years the Singh Group has used and studied magnets of diverse size, makes and types in their own steel plants and scrap yards. Result – the ISC Lifting Magnet – an extremely user-friendly product from the point operation, maintenance and repair along with protective measures to prevent breakdown. |

The Lifting capacity depends upon many factors such as class and section of materials being handled, method of stacking used etc. These factors are beyond the control of the magnet manufacturer, however the figure given above serve as a guide ti the average which may be expected under general conditions. |
